50% of rental amount is required to hold reservation. Balance is due upon arrival.
Security deposit of $50 required. Guests are responsible for damages or missing items above normal wear and tear.

Cancellation

Cancellation 30 days or less from date of engagement result in a forfeiture of reservation fee. If the cottage is re-rented, the forfeiture will be a processing fee of $35 only. 

Payment

Visa or Mastercard credit cards, cashiers or travelers check, or cash. No personal checks within 30 days of occupancy. No smoking inside the house please. Pets are allowed with additional fee of $25. 

Check in after 2 PM; check out by 11 AM.

Rates

$100 per night for two persons.
$500 per week for two persons.
$15 extra per person per day for each person over two.

2-night minimum stay on holiday weekends.
Add 8.0% North Carolina sales tax.
